ये डॉली बेबी वूल को दस नम्बर की चार स्लाईओं से बिन कर बनाया गया है । इसे बीच से बुनना शुरू किया जाता है आखिर में क्रोशिये से फंदे बंद किये गए हैं ।

Knitted Table Centre

This table centre is from an unknown Australian newspaper from somewhere in the 1940's to 50. I have updated the knitting terms used throughout to make it easier to understand. As a change from the usual crocheted table centrepiece here is an attractive knitted one which measures 11  inches in diameter. Materials: No. 20 mercer cotton a set of four No. 13 needles, preferably steel, as the finer gauges in bone generally tend to break. Abbreviations: K = knit; P = purl; YO = Yarn Over; YO2 = Yarn over twice; Sl1 = slip one stitch; tog = together; PSSO - pass the slipped stitch over. Method: Cast one stitch on to each of three needles: then knit one round: The stitches given in. each round are to be repeated to the end of round. Hand Embroidery

हाथ की कढ़ाई में बहुत सारी  स्टिच  का प्रयोग होता है। रुमाल बनाने में ये आराम होता है कि एक रंग का प्रयोग एक स्टिच में करके ड्रेस के साथ मैच कर सकते हैं किनारों पर क्रोशिये से किनारी भी बना सकते है।

ये अंडाकार बड़ी डॉली है जो आयताकार मेज़  का अधिकतर हिस्सा घेर लेती है। इसको बिछाने के बाद किसी और चीज़ की आवश्यकता नहीं रहती यदि पारदर्शी प्लास्टिक शीट से ढक दिया जाय तो इसे धूल व् गंदगी से बचाया जा सकता है।

डिज़ाइनर  फेस टॉवेल  बनाने के लिए  फाइन मैटी  इस्तेमाल  की है। इसमें सिर्फ नीचे की तरफ क्रॉस स्टिच  का पैनल बनाया गया है।
